The POS says it is no longer paired

The POS shows This POS is no longer paired: find out why, then get a new code in the back office and type it on the POS.

The POS shows This POS is no longer paired when the cloud stops taking this device as that POS. It always comes from something done in the back office. There is no Unpair or Pair again button on the POS: the way back is a new pairing code. Nothing on the device is lost meanwhile.

Why: the cloud's reason. On a POS in 中文 or Bahasa Melayu it says only that the POS is no longer paired.
New pairing code: type the new code here.
Pair this POS: pairs the device again.
What is kept: everything on the device stays until the new code is accepted.

The Android screen is a white card with the same parts.

Check why first

This device has been unpaired: somebody pressed Re-pair on this POS in the back office.
This device has been paired again somewhere else: this POS's code was typed on another device. That device is this POS now.
This terminal has been deactivated: the POS is switched off in the back office.

A new code signs out whichever device holds the POS now. So if another device took it, make sure that is not the one you want before you go on.

Pair it again

In the back office, under MASTERS, click Outlet, then Outlets. Click Edit on the outlet, then the POS terminals tab.
On the POS's row, click ⋯, then Re-pair (or Pair).
It asks Issue a new pairing code for T01? This signs the current device out immediately. Click OK.
On the POS, type the code in New pairing code.
Press Pair this POS. The POS goes on to Sign in.

Paired again as the same POS, the bills it had not sent yet go to the cloud at once.

If something goes wrong

Invalid or expired pairing code: check the letters, or get a new code with Re-pair.
This terminal has been deactivated: the owner ticks Active under the POS's Edit in the back office, then gets a new code.
This terminal no longer exists: add a POS for this device with + Terminal on the POS terminals tab, and type its code here.
