- The method's name.
- Its amount: what it paid on the bills, after the change.
- The bar: its share of the total, as a bar.

Money taken outside the bills
This money came in (or went out) in those days, but it is not a sale: the bank and the drawer are checked against it all the same.
| Line | What it is |
|---|---|
| Pay later collected | Money customers paid on their Pay later debts, with each method under it and how many payments. The sale was made on another day. |
| Deposits taken | Deposits customers paid, such as for a booking, with each method under it. |
| Deposits handed back | Deposits given back, with each method under it. |
| Deposits used on bills | Deposits that paid a bill. Already in the methods above, as Deposit: not money received again. |
| Deposits forfeited | Deposits kept by the restaurant. |
Each line shows only when it is not zero.
How the payments are counted
- A payment counts on its bill's business day. A bill paid after midnight on a day that ends at 04:00 is that business day's.
- A refund's payment is money going back, so it comes off its method, on the refund's day.
- It counts at the POS that took the money, as on the back office report: that can be another POS than the one the bill was opened on.
- Pay later and Deposit rows paid a bill, but no money came in that day for them.
What is not here
The cash that should be in the drawer. That is a shift's figure, with the float, cash in and out, and the change. It is on the back office's Shifts and Day end by POS reports. See Shifts and Day end by POS.
