Overview, Members, Points, Wallet, Vouchers, Redeem rules, Member sales, Settings and Connection.

• OverviewMember's first screen in the back office. How many members you have, what members spent today and this month, the points rule, whose birthday is coming and whose membership is running out, read live from the Member Portal.
• MembersEverybody in your Member Portal, in one list. Search, filter by status, sort, export to CSV, and register a new member from the back office with Phone, Name, Date of birth, Gender, Email, Member card, IC number and Note.
• Members: one member's pageOne member's own page in the back office. Their figures and profile, Edit profile, Renew, Suspend, Reactivate, Delete and Restore this member, and the tabs Timeline, Points (Adjust points), Wallet (Adjust, Reload) and Vouchers (Issue a voucher, Void).
• PointsThe points rule every member sale earns and spends by, and one member's points put right by hand. How much is spent to earn 1 point, how many points pay for 1 of your currency, the multipliers, Save the points rule, and Find a member, adjust points.
• WalletThe money a member keeps with you. Reload bonus rules (+ Add a rule, Edit, Switch off, Switch on), how the Member Portal picks the bonus of a reload, and Find a member, reload or adjust.
• Vouchers (member vouchers)The kinds of voucher you give your members. Voucher templates with + New template and its two tabs, Voucher and Item basket; how a member gets one (by hand, at sign-up, on a birthday, in a campaign, given on a purchase); Look up a voucher; and Run today's birthday vouchers.
• Redeem rulesWhat a member can swap points for, so many points for one item. Code, Title, Points it costs, Item, Item's price, Shown in order, From, To, Switched on and Description; + New rule, Edit, and Delete, which is for good.
• Member salesThe bills recorded in the Member Portal, and what members spent, earned and used on them. The dates and filters, the six totals (Bills, Members served, Revenue, Points awarded, Wallet spent, Voucher discount), the list of bills with the vouchers each earned, and Export CSV.
• Member sales: Needs attentionThe bills where Member at the POS could not finish by itself, above the list on Member sales. What each row says, and Try again, Undo, Dismiss and Open the member.
• Settings (member settings)How membership works for your restaurant, saved in the Member Portal. The registration fee, how long a membership lasts, the warning before it ends, the birthday reminder, the price level given at sign-up, the currency and timezone, the WhatsApp birthday message, and your business as the Member Portal knows it.
• Settings: Registration formWhich boxes the POS's New member form asks for. Date of birth, Gender, Email and Card number, each Required, Optional or Not asked; Phone and Name always required; and how the form looks on the Windows and Android POS.
• Settings: Member vouchers the POS may giveWhich of your member voucher templates a cashier may give a member from the POS's table screen, with Give voucher. Tick them in Member settings; what the cashier then sees on the Windows and Android POS.
• ConnectionWhether your restaurant is connected to the FooodPos Member Portal, and as which merchant. Subscribe in one click, or connect a Member Portal account you already have with its merchant code and API key; then Test connection, Get a new key and Disconnect.
• When Member is not in your planWhat the back office and both POS apps show when Member is not part of your subscription. Every Member screen and button is drawn as usual, and the first use opens Add Member to your plan, with Message on WhatsApp.
