Member sales lists the bills the Member Portal holds: every bill paid at the POS with a member on it, what it came to, the points it earned, and the wallet and vouchers used on it. Above the list, six totals for the days and filters you choose.

It only reads. The totals and the rows are the portal's own, asked with the same filters, so this screen never disagrees with the portal.

Before you start

  • Your back office access group needs Member (members, points, wallet, vouchers), View.
  • A bill is here when it was paid at the POS with a member on it. A bill that Member could not finish by itself is listed above the totals, under Needs attention. See Member sales: Needs attention.

Open Member sales

  1. In the back office's menu, under MASTERS, click Member, then Member sales.
  2. It opens on Last 7 days.

The screen, part by part

Member sales: the dates and filters, the six totals, then the bills.
  1. Member sales: under MASTERS, in the Member category.
  2. Today, Yesterday, Last 7 days, Last 30 days: quick choices of days. The one on screen is lit.
  3. From and to: any days you like. The days are days in Malaysia, as the Member Portal counts them.
  4. Refresh: reads the totals, the bills and Needs attention again.
  5. Export CSV: saves the bills on the list as member-sales- with the two dates .csv. See Export the bills. Greyed out when the list is empty.
  6. Member: name or phone: a part of the member's name or phone. The totals and the bills both follow it.
  7. Outlet: a part of the outlet's name.
  8. Cashier: a part of the name of who took the payment.
  9. Only bills that used a voucher: leaves out the bills that used no member voucher.
  10. Bills: how many bills the days and filters match.
  11. Members served: how many different members.
  12. Revenue: what those bills came to.
  13. Points awarded: the points they earned.
  14. Wallet spent: what members paid from their wallets.
  15. Voucher discount: what member vouchers took off.
  16. How many: the bills listed, and Days are counted in Malaysia time.
  17. When: when the POS took the payment, or, if the POS sent no time, when the bill reached the portal.
  18. Bill: the sale number: the outlet's code and the bill's number. A refund has a red Refund label. Under the number, the vouchers the bill earned, with their serials, or the vouchers its refund cancelled.
  19. Member: the member's name, a link to their page, and their phone. Walk-in for a bill with no member.
  20. Total: what the bill came to. A refund is minus, in red.
  21. Points earned: the points the bill earned. A refund takes them back, with −, in red.
  22. Wallet used: what the member paid from their wallet, or —.
  23. Voucher: what member vouchers took off the bill, or —.

The filters are read a moment after you stop typing, so a name typed is one request, not ten. The totals are of every bill the filters match, not only the rows shown.

Choose the days and filter

  1. Click a quick choice, such as Last 30 days, or choose From and to.
  2. To see one member, type part of their name or phone in Member: name or phone.
  3. To see one outlet or one cashier, type part of the name in Outlet or Cashier.
  4. To see only the bills that used a member voucher, tick Only bills that used a voucher.
  5. Read the six totals; then the bills under them, newest first.

Click a member's name to open their page. See Members: one member's page.

The most bills at a time

The Member Portal sends at most 500 bills at a time, newest first. When that many come back, an amber box says These are the newest 500 bills: the Member Portal sends no more at a time. The totals above are of every bill the filters match. To see older rows, narrow the dates., and the count reads 500 bills shown (the limit). The totals are still of every bill.

Export the bills

Export CSV saves the bills on the list, one row each, with: When, Bill, Member, Phone, Outlet, Cashier, Subtotal, Discount, Tax, Total, Points earned, Wallet used, Voucher discount, Vouchers earned, Voucher serials earned and Vouchers cancelled.
