Outlets: Details and Address & contact
The outlet's code, name and second name, its Reg No, SST No and TIN, its address, phone and email, which of them the bill prints and how, and the messages a save can show.
On this page
The first two sub-tabs of an outlet hold who the outlet is and where it is: the details the top of every bill at the outlet prints. Change them once, and every POS at the outlet prints the new details from its next sync.
Before you start
- You may change the outlet: you work at it, work at every outlet, or are an Administrator.
- Have your company registration number, SST registration number and tax identification number (TIN) at hand, as your documents write them.
Open them
- In the menu, under MASTERS, click Outlet, then Outlets.
- Click Edit on the outlet's row. The window opens on Details.
- Click Address & contact for the address, phone and email.

How the bill prints them
The bill prints them in this order, every line centred:
- The name, bold, double width and double height. Double width fits half as many letters, so a long name wraps onto two lines.
- The second name.
- Address line 1, then line 2.
- The postcode and the city on one line.
- The state.
- Tel:, Reg No:, SST No: and TIN:, each only when it is filled in.
- The receipt header's lines, when there are any.
An empty box prints nothing, not even its label. The country and the email are never printed. A line too long for the paper wraps at whole words.
Change them
- Open the outlet with Edit.
- On Details or Address & contact, change the boxes.
- Click Receipt to check the Bill preview, if you like.
- Click Save. The SAVED splash says HQ saved. Every POS at this outlet prints the new details from its next sync.
A changed name is also shown at once in the Outlet box at the top of the pages.
