Open Bills

Every bill not paid yet, at every outlet, live in the back office. Who opened it, what it comes to, what is paid, and each dish's kitchen status, line by line.

Open Bills lists every bill that is not paid yet: the tables still eating, the takeaways not collected, the bills put on hold. For each one you see its table, its server, what it comes to, what is paid and what is still owed.

Click View on a bill to read it line by line, with each dish's kitchen status: not sent, sent, ready or served.

It is for looking only. Bills are changed and paid on the POS. Use this page to find the bill that has been open for two hours and see what is on it.

Before you start

  • You need the right to see bills. Without it, Open Bills is not in your menu.
  • The page opens on every outlet you may see. With more than one outlet, the Outlet box narrows it to one.
