Pay later activity says what moved on Pay later in a range of days: how much was sold on Pay later, how much customers paid back and by which method, and what was refunded, written off or adjusted. Over one day it is that day's PAY LATER part of the Z reading, to the sen.

What it counts

  • Invoices are sales, on their bill's day. Invoices is the Pay later payments on paid bills, by the business day of the bill.
  • Hold sales are not sales. A bill held for a customer is counted on the day it was held, and is not in the sales. When it is converted into a bill, it is a sale on the day it was converted.
  • Debt collected is not sales. It is money received for a sale made on another day, by the day it was received. Its cash went into a drawer, and is on the Payments report under Collections.
  • Refunds, write-offs and adjustments are counted on the day they were made.
  • Each figure is the outlet's that did it: an invoice the outlet's that sold, a collection the outlet's that took the money.
  • This report has an Outlet box but no POS box.
