QR Ordering: Game plays

What guests played and won in a QR profile's game. Choose the days, read the totals (Played, Won a prize, Used, Taken off by used prizes), and each play with its table, prize, voucher code, the days it is good for, and whether it was used.

Game plays, the third tab of a QR profile's editor, lists every play of the profile's game: when, at which table, which game, what it gave, and whether the prize has been used, by the POS itself for a prize for this bill, or by the cashier taking the code.

It is the place to see what the game costs. It holds nothing to save.

Before you start

  • You need View on QR Orders and QR Ordering (or QR Incoming Orders). If you work at only some of the profile's outlets, you see those outlets' plays only.
  • The game is set up on the Game tab. See QR Ordering: Game.

Open Game plays

  1. In the menu, under MASTERS, click General Setup, then QR Ordering.
  2. Click Edit (or View) on the profile.
  3. Click the tab Game plays. It opens on today.

The tab, part by part

Game plays: the days, the totals, and every play newest first.
  1. From and To: the business days to show. Both start on today. By business day: a play after midnight but before the day end counts on the day before.
  2. Show: reads the plays of those days.
  3. Played: every play in those days.
  4. Won a prize: the plays that gave a real prize (not Thank you).
  5. Used: the prizes used on a paid bill. Under it, 2 more on an open bill now: prizes on a bill not paid yet.
  6. Taken off by used prizes: what the used prizes took off the bills. This is what the game cost.
  7. When: when the play was made, newest first.
  8. Table: the table of the order, or No table for an order with none, such as one from the delivery / pick up code.
  9. Order (RM): the order the play was for.
  10. Prize: the prize's name, as the wheel showed it. Game before it says which game was shown.
  11. Code: the voucher code the guest was given, such as GAME-7KQ2-9XHM.
  12. Good for: the day a prize for this bill works, or the days of a prize for the next visit.
  13. Used: Used on bill HQ-000318 (with what it took off), On bill HQ-000320 now (on a bill not paid yet), Not used yet, Expired, not used, Voided, or No prize.

The totals are of every play in the days chosen. The list shows the latest 500; with more, it says Showing the latest 500 of 612 plays. The totals above are of all of them.

See a month's plays

  1. In From, choose the first day of the month.
  2. In To, choose the last day, or today.
  3. Click Show.
