Reports on the POS
See, print, save or email this POS's own sales, voids, refunds, item sales and commission.
Reports shows this POS's own figures: its sales, voids, refunds, item sales and commission, for today or any days you pick. It works without the internet. The whole outlet's figures, every POS together, are in the back office.

- From and To: the days to show. Both start on today.
- Today and Yesterday: one tap for the usual days.
- The tabs: Sales, Void, Refund, Item sales and Commission.
- The figures: the chosen report for this POS only.
- The paper: the same report as the printer will print it.
- Print, PDF, Email: print it, save it as a PDF, or email it with the PDF.
Read and print a report
- On the table screen, tap ⚙, then 📊 Reports.
- Pick the days: Today, Yesterday, or the From and To dates.
- Tap a tab, such as Item sales.
- Press Print, or PDF to keep it as a file.
- Press Close when you are done.
Email a report
- Open the report and pick its days.
- Press Email. A box opens with the last address used.
- Type the address and press Send. It goes with the report as a PDF.
Emailing is the one thing here that needs the internet. WhatsApp is not set up yet, so it sends nothing.
On Android
Android has This week and This month too. PDF opens the tablet's share sheet, so you can send the file with any app.
If something goes wrong
- There is no Reports in the ⚙ menu: your access group does not have the right. Ask the owner to tick it in POS access groups.
- This POS works through the Main POS. Read its reports at the Main POS, or in the back office.: open Reports on the Main POS instead.
- Emailing a report needs the internet, and this POS cannot reach the cloud right now.: print it or save the PDF now, and email it when the internet is back.
