The Boss app cannot see a tab
A Boss app tab says your sign-in may not see it: which right to tick in the back office.
Each tab of the Boss app needs the same right as the back office report it reads. When your sign-in does not have it, the tab shows a line instead of the figures. The owner (Administrator) sees everything.
What you see
Your sign-in may not see hourly sales.1
An administrator can allow it in the back office, under the access group this sign-in belongs to.2

- Who can allow it: someone who may change access groups in the back office.
The right each tab needs

Give the right
- In the back office, under MASTERS, click General Setup, then User, then Back office access groups.
- Click Edit on the group the person belongs to.
- Tick View on the screen the tab needs (see the table).
- Click Save.
- On the phone, leave the Boss app and come back to it. The tab shows its figures, with no new sign-in.
If something goes wrong
- This bill is still open. on a bill in Bills: looking inside open bills needs View on Open Bills too. Tick it as above.
- Your sign-in has ended. Please sign in again.: sign in again with your back office email and password.
- Could not reach FooodPos. Check your connection and try again.: connect the phone to the internet, then press Retry.
