The kitchen display and the pass, button by button.

• The kitchen displayThe screen in the kitchen, its top bar, its tickets and what their colours say.
• Mark a dish ready, and a ticket doneTap a dish when it is cooked, press Done when the whole ticket is ready, and read ADD and the crossed-out dishes.
• Done tickets and RecallBring back a ticket that was done too soon, from Recent at the bottom or from today's Done list.
