Points and vouchers are ready: Print again?
When a member's points and vouchers arrive after the receipt has printed, print the receipt again with them on it.
When a member's bill is paid, the POS asks Member for the points and vouchers the bill earned, so they print on the receipt. The Paid screen says Getting points… while it waits, a few seconds at most.
If Member answers late, the receipt prints with the member's name alone, and the Paid screen says Siti Aminah: points will be added when Member answers. When the answer comes, the POS offers to print the receipt again.

- Print again: prints the receipt again, marked REPRINT, now with the points and vouchers.
- Close: lets it go. The member has the points and vouchers anyway.
Print the receipt again
- The box shows Points and vouchers are ready: Print again?
- If the guest is still there, press Print again. It says Printing the receipt….
- Hand the guest the new receipt.
- If the guest has gone, press Close.
The question comes only when the receipt had already printed. If it had not, print it from Last bill: the receipt there now has the points and vouchers.
If something goes wrong
- The receipt did not print (in red in the box): check the printer is on and has paper, then press Print again.
- The question never comes: Member did not answer within about nine minutes. The member still gets the points once Member answers.
- No points on the receipt and no member name: the member was not on the bill. Next time, put them on before payment.
