The QR printer and the master slip printer
Print a table's QR slip, or the runner's master slip, on a printer of its own instead of the receipt printer.

Two more printers belong to this POS. The QR printer prints a table's QR slip, for the guests to order from their phones. The Master slip printer prints the runner's checklist after each Save & Fire. Both start on Follow receipt: they print on the receipt printer until you give them one of their own.

- Follow receipt, USB and IP: the receipt printer, or a printer of its own, plugged in or on the network.
- Test print: a sample QR slip marked TEST, or a test master slip, on the printer chosen now.
- On or Off on this POS: whether this POS prints master slips, as the back office sets it.
Give it a printer of its own
- On the table screen, press ⚙ (Settings), Hardware, then Printer.
- Press QR printer or Master slip printer.
- Press USB and choose the printer, or press IP, type its address and press Save.
- Choose its Paper width.
- Press Test print, and check the paper.
To print on the receipt printer again, press Follow receipt. Each choice is kept on this POS the moment you press it, and needs no internet.
Switch the master slip on
The master slip prints only where the back office switches it on: MASTERS, Outlet, POS Terminal Settings, Edit on the setting, the Printing tab, tick Print a master slip after every Save & Fire, then Save. What it looks like is in Print Formats: the master slip.
If something goes wrong
- Off on this POS. Switch it on in the back office…: tick the master slip on the setting's Printing tab.
- That is a label printer. It prints kitchen labels only, so it cannot print this slip.: choose a roll printer.
- Not printed at the Main POS: choose a USB or network printer for it.: on a POS that prints to the main, give this slip a printer with USB or IP.
