Paying at the kiosk
How a guest pays at the kiosk, at the counter, by card or by e-wallet, and gets an order number.

After Pay, the guest chooses how to pay: at the counter, by card on the kiosk's own terminal, or by e-wallet. The kiosk shows only the ways your restaurant offers. With only one, it goes straight on.

Done6- The total: what the order comes to.
- 💵 Pay at the counter: the order goes to the counter's POS, and the guest pays there.
- 💳 Credit card: the guest pays on the kiosk's card terminal.
- 📱 E-wallet: the guest scans a QR code with an e-wallet app.
- Your order number: the number to listen for, also on the slip.
- Done: back to the start screen. It goes back by itself after a few seconds too.
Pay at the counter
- Tap 💵 Pay at the counter.
- If the kiosk asks Your name, so we can call you, type the name (and phone, if asked), then tap Pay at the counter.
- The kiosk shows Your order number, such as A23, and Please pay at the counter. A slip prints if the kiosk has a printer.
- The guest pays at the counter, with that number.
Pay by card or e-wallet
- Tap 💳 Credit card or 📱 E-wallet (and give the name, if asked).
- The kiosk says Getting your total…, then shows the amount.
- Card: Tap, insert or swipe your card on the terminal. E-wallet: Scan with your e-wallet app, with the time left under the QR code.
- After an e-wallet payment, tap I have paid if the kiosk has not moved on.
- The kiosk shows Paid ✓ and the order number. The receipt prints.
Cancel stops a card or e-wallet payment while the kiosk waits for it. Nothing is charged.
If something goes wrong
- The payment did not go through and nothing was charged. Try again, choose another way, or pay at the counter.: choose a way again.
- The QR code ran out of time and nothing was charged. Try again, choose another way, or pay at the counter.: tap E-wallet again for a new code, or choose another way.
- Please see the counter, your order number is A23: the kiosk could not confirm the card payment. Staff check the card terminal and the order on the Main POS.
