Points and balances on the receipt
The Member block under the payments: who the member is, the points earned and the balances.
When a member is on the bill, the receipt prints a Member block under the payments. It tells the guest the points this bill earned, and what they have now.

- Member and Card: the member on the bill, and their card number when they have one.
- Points earned: what this bill earned.
- Points balance: the member's points now, with this bill's.
- Wallet balance: what is left in the wallet. Printed only when the wallet paid part of this bill.
- Vouchers earned: vouchers this bill gave the member, with their last day and serial.
The figures come from the Member Portal at the moment of payment. The Paid screen shows them too: Siti Aminah: 37 points earned, balance 357. A refund's receipt prints Points taken back in place of Points earned.
When the points come late
If Member answers late, or there is no internet, the receipt prints only Member and Card. The member still gets the points.
- The Paid screen says Siti Aminah: points will be added when Member answers.
- When the points arrive, the POS asks Points and vouchers are ready: Print again?
- Press Print again. The new receipt, marked REPRINT, has the points.
If something goes wrong
- No Member block at all: the member was not on the bill. Put them on before payment next time.
- The guest has left before Print again: press Close. The points are in the member's account anyway.
- Points earned 0 on every bill: the restaurant may have no points rule yet. Until one is set, sales earn no points: set it under Member, Points.
