Join the queue from your phone
Scan the queue code, get a queue number, and order while you wait for a table.
When the restaurant is full, staff may show you the queue code. Scan it and you get a queue number. The page tells you when your table is ready, and you can send a pre-order while you wait.

- Your queue number: with your name and how many of you.
- Before you: how many groups wait before you, or You are next.
- Your order is kept: shows once you have sent a pre-order.
- Leave the queue: gives your number up. It asks first.
- Menu: look at the menu and send a pre-order.
Get a queue number
- Scan the queue code.
- Type Your name, Phone number and Number of guests.
- Tap Get my queue number.
- Keep the page open. When it says Your table is ready, please come to the counter, go to the counter.
- Staff give you a table. The card says You are at table T5.
From then on the page is your table's page: Call waiter and Request bill show, and new orders go to your table.
Send a pre-order
- Tap Menu and choose your dishes.
- In the cart, tap Send pre-order.
- On My orders it says Kept for your table. It goes to the kitchen when you are seated.
You pay at the restaurant, as usual. To take a pre-order back before you are seated, tap Change or take back on its card, then Take back.
If something goes wrong
- You have left the queue: your number is no longer in the queue. Join again to get a new one.
- No online queue here: the restaurant does not take a queue online. Ask at the counter.
- You have just been given a table. Please send your order again.: send the order again. It now goes to your table.
