Settle the card terminals

Close the card terminal's batch for the day, from the Day End screen or from Hardware. The result prints.

Settling closes the card terminal's batch of card payments and starts a new one. Do it once a day, before you close the day. The POS asks the terminal to settle and prints the result on the receipt printer.

Before you start

A PBB or Fiuu card terminal is set up on this POS, under Hardware, Payment terminals.

The Card terminals box at the top of the Day End screen, and the paper it prints.

Card terminals: shows only on a POS with a card terminal set up.
Settle PBB: one button for each terminal, Settle PBB or Settle Fiuu.
The answer: The card terminal is settled., or why not.
CARD TERMINAL SETTLEMENT: the paper, with each batch, its sales and its amount.
SETTLED: or NOT SETTLED - SEE THE TERMINAL.

On Android the box is called Card terminal and sits at the foot of the Day End screen. Its button, Settle the card terminal, settles every terminal of this POS.

Settle at the day end

Press Day end in the bottom bar.
In Card terminals, press Settle PBB (or Settle Fiuu).
Wait while it says Settling…. The result prints.
Close the day as usual.

Settle at any other time

Press ⚙ at the top of the table plan, then Hardware.
Choose Payment terminals.
Press Settle PBB (or Settle Fiuu).

If something goes wrong

The card terminal was not settled: check that the terminal is on and connected (Check the connection in Payment terminals), then settle again.
Nothing to settle: this POS has no approved PBB card payment in the last 30 days.: nothing to do.
The result did not print: check the receipt printer. The answer on the screen still says whether it settled.
