The refund receipt
Print the refund receipt when the refund is done, or later from Last bill.
After every refund, the POS asks if you want to print the refund receipt. It asks each time, whatever your receipt settings say. The paper is titled REFUND and names the bill it gives money back on.

- Refund RF-000005 · RM 45.00: the refund's number and the money given back.
- No: no paper. The refund is kept all the same.
- Print: prints the refund receipt.
- REFUND: the title, large, so nobody takes it for a receipt of payment.
- Refund of HQ-000123: the bill the money went back on.
- TOTAL: below zero, as are the items and the payment.
Print it now
- Make the refund. See Refund a bill.
- The POS asks Print the refund receipt?. Press Print.
- It says The refund receipt was printed. Press Print again for another copy, or Done.
On Android, the question comes over the Refunded screen, with No and Print. Under the money, Print the refund receipt prints it again, and Done closes.
Print it later
- Open Last bill.
- Tap the refund in the list: it has the Refund chip.
- Press Reprint. The paper says REPRINT at the top.
If something goes wrong
- The receipt did not print: check the printer is on and has paper, then press Print again.
- Printing again needs the right to reprint. Ask a manager to print it. in Last bill: a manager presses Reprint.
