A voucher at the kiosk
How a guest uses a voucher code on the kiosk order before paying.
A guest with a voucher code can use it at the kiosk, on the order, before paying. The kiosk checks the code by the same rules as the till. The Voucher button shows only when the restaurant allows vouchers at this kiosk.

- 🎟️ Voucher: opens the window for the code.
- Total: goes down once the voucher is taken.
- Pay: on to paying, with the voucher.
- The code box: type the code, or scan it. A scanner types it in by itself.
- Use voucher: checks the code. It says Checking… for a moment.
- Back (Cancel on Android): closes the window, with no voucher.
Use a voucher
- Press Review order, then tap 🎟️ Voucher.
- Type the code, or scan it.
- Tap Use voucher.
- The order now shows the voucher and what it takes off, such as 🎟️ SAVE10 −RM 5.00.
- Tap Pay as usual.
To take the voucher off, tap ✕ beside it. When the guest pays at the counter, the voucher goes on the bill for the cashier.
If something goes wrong
- We do not know this code. Member vouchers: please use them at the counter.: check the code. A member's voucher is used at the counter.
- This voucher takes nothing off this order.: it does not fit the dishes in this order.
- Vouchers cannot be checked right now. Please use it at the counter.: pay at the counter, and give the voucher there.
