Pay with Member: vouchers, points, wallet
Let the member on the bill pay with their vouchers, points or wallet, and take the rest as usual.
A member on the bill can pay with their vouchers, their points or their wallet. You choose what they use in Pay with Member, then take the rest of the bill as usual. It needs the internet.
Before you start
- The member is on the bill. See Find a member and put them on the bill.

- A voucher: tick it to use it. Ticked vouchers are used in the order you tick them. A voucher not listed? Type its serial in Voucher serial and press Add.
- Points: key how much to pay in RM. The line under it says how many points that is.
- Wallet: key how much the wallet pays.
- Max: puts in as much as the member has, up to what is due.
- Amount due, Member pays, Left to pay: what the member covers, and what is left for another payment.
- Use: keeps the choice and goes back to the payment window. When nothing is left to pay, it says Pay RM 45.00 instead.
Only the parts your restaurant uses are shown. On Android the window has Close in place of Cancel.
Pay part with Member
- In the payment window, press Member.
- Tick a voucher, key the points or the wallet amount, or press Max.
- Check Left to pay, then press Use.
- The choice shows on the Payments tab as not taken yet. Take the rest as usual, such as Cash.
- The POS says Confirming with Member… for a moment. Then the bill is paid.
Nothing is taken from the member until the bill is paid in full. To change your mind first, press Remove beside not taken yet.
When the member pays all of it, press Pay RM 45.00 in the window. After Confirming with Member…, the bill is paid.
If something goes wrong
- Member has not answered. Try again, or pay another way.: press Try again. Or press Pay another way, then Yes: anything Member took goes back to the member by itself.
- Paying with Member needs the internet: take another payment. The member still gets the points.
- This voucher cannot be used on this bill.: untick it, and check its terms, such as the minimum spend.
