Register a new member at the POS
Sign a guest up as a member on the POS, and they go on the bill at once.
A guest who is not a member yet can join at the counter. You type their details in the New member form, and they are put on the bill at once, so this bill already earns them points. It needs the internet.

- Needed and Optional: which boxes must be filled. A star after the name marks them too.
- Phone and Name: always needed. The phone needs at least 6 digits.
- Date of birth and Gender: as the guest wants, unless your restaurant needs them.
- Email and Card number: the same.
- Registration fee: shows only when your restaurant charges one. It goes on this bill.
- Register and attach: registers the guest and puts them on the bill.
Which boxes are asked, and which are needed, is set in the back office: Member, Settings, Registration form.
Register a guest
- On the sales screen, press 👤 Member, then + New member. Searched already and found nobody? Press New member with 0123456789: the phone is filled in for you.
- Type the Phone and the Name.
- Fill in what else the guest gives you.
- Press Register and attach. It says Registering….
- Member registered shows, with Siti Aminah is on this bill. Press Done.
If your restaurant gives welcome vouchers, the green panel says how many, such as 1 welcome voucher added.
If something goes wrong
- Siti Aminah already has this phone number. Attach Siti Aminah instead?: press Yes to put that member on the bill, or No to correct the number.
- A red line under a box, such as Type the member's name.: fill in that box, then press Register and attach again.
- This needs a manager who may register a member.: a manager types their PIN, or staff code and password, then presses Register and attach.
