Mark a dish ready, and a ticket done
Tap a dish when it is cooked, press Done when the whole ticket is ready, and read ADD and the crossed-out dishes.

When a dish is cooked, tap it on its ticket. When the whole ticket is ready, press ✓ Done. The ticket leaves the board and waits a while in Recent at the bottom, in case it went too soon.

- ✓ READY: a dish tapped ready, greyed out. Tap it again if that was a mistake.
- ✓ Done: every dish on the ticket ready at once.
- ADD: more dishes for a table that already sent food. It stands in line with that table's first ticket. NEW is a table's first send.
- CANCELLED: a dish the cashier voided, crossed out in red. Do not make it. It goes by itself after a minute.
- Recent: tickets done in the last 15 minutes, each with ↺ Recall.
Mark a dish ready
- Tap the dish. It turns grey with ✓ READY.
- Tapped by mistake? Tap it again: it is back to cooking.
- When the last dish of the ticket is ready, the ticket leaves the board by itself.
Finish a whole ticket
- Press ✓ Done at the bottom of the ticket.
- The ticket leaves the board and shows in Recent at the bottom.
- Done too soon? Press ↺ Recall on it: it comes back to the board. See Done tickets and Recall.
Other tickets you may see
- A whole order voided: its ticket is crossed out with a big CANCELLED for a minute, then goes by itself. There is nothing to press.
- A red ticket marked CANCEL: those dishes are no longer wanted. Press ✓ Done to clear it.
- A number crossed out before the quantity, such as 3 then 2: the order was cut. Make 2.
If something goes wrong
- 2 taps not sent yet, in amber at the top: the screen cannot reach the cloud or its Main POS. Keep working; the taps are kept and sent by themselves.
- Tapping a dish does nothing: it is crossed out, so it was cancelled.
