Add up every dish still to make on the screen, so the kitchen can cook in batches.
Summary adds up every dish still to make on the kitchen display, on every page. Use it to cook in batches: six Roti Canai at once, instead of ticket by ticket.

- Summary: opens it. Press it again to close it. It stays lit while open.
- Summary · 2 tickets: how many tickets it adds up: every ticket the board shows, on every page.
- × 6: the total of one dish.
- The line under it: when the same dish was ordered in different ways, how many of each.
- Close: closes it.
Cook in batches
- Press Summary in the top bar.
- Read the totals, and cook the biggest numbers together.
- Tap the dishes ready on their tickets as usual. The Summary counts down by itself.
- Press Close, or Summary again.
What it counts
- Only the dishes still to cook. A dish tapped ready, a crossed-out dish and a cancel ticket's dishes are left out.
- With a station tab chosen, only that station's dishes. With All, every station on the screen.
- A new ticket adds to it at once.
- On the pass, the ready dishes waiting to go out.
The Summary and the Done list share the right side of the screen: opening one closes the other.
If something goes wrong
- Nothing to make.: every dish on the screen is ready, or the screen has no tickets.
- The Summary closed by itself: the Done list was opened. Press Summary again.
