When the QR page says it is closed
What the QR page's closed messages mean, and what to do about each.
Sometimes the QR page does not take orders. Most of the time the menu still opens, so you can read it, but you cannot send. Order with the staff instead.

- The notice: QR ordering is closed. The second line says when it opens again, or why.
- Not taking QR orders now: stands where Add was, when you open a dish.
- Call waiter and Request bill: still work at a table.
What the second line says
- We open again at 5:30 pm., Opens tomorrow at 10:00 am. or Opens Monday at 10:00 am.: it is outside the QR ordering hours, or the restaurant's day end is done.
- The restaurant has paused QR orders for a while. Please order with our staff.: staff closed QR ordering on the POS, for example on a busy night.
- Please order with our staff.: closed, with no time to give.
The page looks again every minute, and opens by itself when ordering opens.
Open it again (staff)
- On the POS's table screen, right-click or hold 📱 QR.
- Press Open QR ordering.
This opens a pause made on a POS. The QR ordering hours are set in the back office, on the outlet.
Other messages
- Ordering from the table is switched off: the restaurant has switched QR ordering off. Order with staff, or tap Check again later.
- This table code can't be used: the code is old, such as This code was printed for an earlier day and has expired. Ask staff for a new code.
- Your ordering session has ended: the bill was paid, or the page was left for long. Tap Start again. Your cart is still on the phone.
