Kiosk orders waiting to pay

When a guest orders at the kiosk and taps Pay at the counter, the order comes to the Main POS as a bill waiting to pay. A badge tells you. The guest gives you their order number and you take payment as for any bill.

Take payment for a kiosk order

On Android, the badge is the amber 🧾 3 beside Orders on the table screen. Tap it to list the kiosk orders, then tap one to open it. A line that needs you is in red under the order, with Done.

If something goes wrong

• Kiosk K01 · A21 · Credit card payment not confirmed: check the terminal: see on the terminal whether it went through, then press Done.
• Kiosk K01 · A21 · paid RM 20.00 at the kiosk; the bill is now RM 25.00. Take RM 5.00 at the counter.: press Open the bill and take the rest.
• Kiosk K01 · A21 · Credit card RM 25.00 approved, but the bill was paid already: refund it on the terminal: refund the guest there, then press Done.
