The staff menu and leaving kiosk mode
Open the kiosk's staff menu with three taps and a PIN, to leave kiosk mode or change its settings.
Guests cannot leave the kiosk. Staff reach its own menu through a hidden tap: three taps on Powered by FooodPos at the foot of the screen, then a PIN, or a staff code and password. The menu has Exit kiosk mode, Settings and Back to kiosk.

- Use staff code and password: the other way in, with your staff code and password.

- ↩️ Back to kiosk: back to the guests' screen.
Open the staff menu
- Tap Powered by FooodPos, at the foot of the screen, three times within three seconds.
- Type your PIN. Or tap Use staff code and password, and type both.
- Press Continue. The Staff sheet opens, with your name.
- Press 🚪 Exit kiosk mode, ⚙️ Settings, or ↩️ Back to kiosk.
Who may open it is set in the back office, on the kiosk's Kiosk tab: a manager only, or any staff of this outlet. An administrator uses the staff code and password, never a PIN.
On Android
The kiosk is pinned to the screen, so guests cannot leave with Home. Android's own message about unpinning cannot be hidden: use Exit kiosk mode instead. Settings also has the screen direction.
If something goes wrong
- That PIN or password is not right.: type it again. After five wrong tries: Too many wrong tries. Wait five minutes.
- Only a manager can leave kiosk mode.: ask a manager to type their PIN.
- Cannot reach T01 or the internet. Type the kiosk exit code.: type the kiosk exit code set on the Kiosk tab. On Android it has its own box, Kiosk exit code.
