A member's history
See a member's vouchers, points, wallet and everything they did, from the POS.
History shows what the member on the bill has earned and used: their vouchers, their points, their wallet, and everything together on a timeline. It only shows; nothing can be changed here. It needs the internet.

- Wallet and Points: what the member has now.
- The tabs: Vouchers, Points, Wallet and Timeline. Vouchers opens first.
- A voucher: what it gives, until when, and its serial. They are grouped: can be used now, coming later, used, expired, cancelled.
- Load more: shows older rows.
On Points and Wallet, each row has its date, what it was (such as Earned or Spent), the bill, the amount and the balance after it. Timeline has everything, newest first. On Android the window is called Member history, with the same tabs.
Look at a member's history
- Put the member on the bill. See Find a member and put them on the bill.
- On the sales screen, press the member's gold name at the top.
- On the member's card, press 🕘 History.
- Tap a tab. Press Load more for older rows.
- Press Close.
Pay with Member has a 🕘 History button at the top too.
If something goes wrong
- Member history needs the internet: connect the POS, then press Try again.
- There is no History button: it shows only for the member on the bill. Attach the member first.
- Older history is not shown.: the POS shows only the latest rows. For older ones, a manager opens the member in the back office: Member, Members.
