Before you start
- The set is an item of the type Combo / set in the back office, with its groups and dishes on its Set contents tab. See Items: Set contents.
- A set with nothing to choose goes on the bill like any dish, with no window.

- A chosen dish: a thick blue frame and a tick. Under its name, what was said about it, such as Mild. A dish that came up chosen is the group's default.
