用柜台码自取和外送
用餐厅的柜台码先点单，再来拿或请餐厅送过去。
有些餐厅有一个先点单用的码：贴在海报、贴纸上，或是一个链接。扫一下，说您要自己来拿还是要外送，菜单就会打开。
客人的网页只有英文，所以下面照网页写英文，并在括号里附上中文意思。

See the menu5- 选择：I’ll collect it（我自己来拿）或 Deliver it to me（送过来给我）。餐厅只提供其中一种时，就不用选。
- Your name（您的名字）和 Phone number（电话号码）：一定会问，让餐厅能联络您。
- Delivery address（外送地址）：只有外送才要。
- 付款那一行：什么时候付款。
- See the menu（看菜单）：打开菜单。
先点单
- 扫这个码。
- 点 I’ll collect it 或 Deliver it to me。
- 输入您的名字和电话号码。外送的话，还要输入地址。
- 点 See the menu。
- 选好菜，像在桌位上一样送出订单。
- 在 My orders（我的订单）跟进。员工接受后，厨房才开始做。
之后菜单的上面会写 You’ll collect this order（这张单您自己来拿）或 This order will be delivered（这张单会送过去），外送时还有地址。这里没有 Call waiter 或 Request bill：因为没有桌位。
如果出了问题
- Not taking orders from this code（这个码现在不接单），或 This table code can't be used（这个码不能用）：餐厅现在不接自取或外送的单。请到柜台点。
- 框下面有一行红字，例如 Please type the address to deliver to.（请输入外送地址）：把那个框填好，再点一次 See the menu。
- This restaurant is not delivering right now.（本餐厅现在不外送）：点 Back（返回），再点 I’ll collect it。
