查看或取消订位
客人自己的订位页面，从确认页或电邮里的链接打开。订位的现况、资料、Add to calendar、要保留的链接，以及只问一次的 Cancel this booking。每个状态和每条讯息都有说明。
每个网上订位都有自己的页面。客人可从确认页的 See or cancel this booking（查看或取消这个订位）、电邮里的 See your booking（查看您的订位），或用同一部手机回到订位页面时的 See my booking（查看我的订位）打开它。页面显示订位现在的情况，并在订位还没到时让客人取消。
客人不能修改订位。要改日期、时间或人数，请先取消，再重新订位。
订位页面只有英文，所以下面照屏幕写英文，并在括号里附上中文意思。
开始之前
- 链接。 页面地址最后是这个订位自己的钥匙，32 个字母和数字，例如 fooodpos.com/book/DEMO/8c41e0b27d9f4a6e93b5d20f17ac6e48。有这个链接的人都能查看和取消订位：请自己保管。
- 不需要登录。页面是英文的。

Copy link5- 状态：订位现在的情况，显示在有颜色的标签里，下面有一行说明。见下表。
- Booking number（订位号码）：例如 R26-00042。订位取消后会被划掉。
- 资料：Guests（人数）、Day（日期）、Time（时间）、Name（姓名），有备注时还有 Your note（您的备注）。然后是分店、地址和 Open in maps，以及 Phone（电话）。
- Add to calendar（加入日历）：把订位存成日历文件。只在订位等待中或已确认时显示。
- Your link to this booking（这个订位的链接）：页面自己的地址，有 Copy link（复制链接）。
- Cancel this booking（取消这个订位）：红字。只在订位还能取消时显示。见取消订位。
- Book another table（再订一张桌）：打开同一家分店的订位页面。餐厅已不再接受网上订位时不显示。
每次打开，页面都会重新读取订位。载入时写 Finding your booking…（正在找您的订位…）。
每个状态的意思

状态由餐厅决定：员工在 订位 (Reservations) 或 POS 的 订位 里把订位记为已到、已入座、已完成或未到。客人已到或已入座后，页面写 To change anything now, please speak to the staff.（现在要更改任何东西，请找员工。）
取消订位
- 打开订位的链接。
- 按 Cancel this booking。
- 页面用这个订位自己的资料问：Cancel your table for 4 on Sat 17 Oct at 7:30 pm?（要取消 10 月 17 日星期六晚上 7:30 的 4 人桌吗？）如果已为它选了菜，还会加上 The food you chose for it will not be made.（您为它选的菜不会制作。）
- 按 Yes, cancel it（是，取消）。处理时按钮写 Cancelling…（正在取消…）。或按 No, keep it（不，保留）保持原样。
- 标签变成 Cancelled，订位号码被划掉，页面写 Thank you for letting the restaurant know.（谢谢您通知餐厅。）顶部出现 Book another table。

- 问题：这个订位的人数、日期和时间。
- 选菜那一行：只在已为订位选了菜时显示。那些菜不会制作，也没有付过钱。
- Yes, cancel it：取消订位。桌子马上空出来给别人，订位 (Reservations) 和 POS 上都一样。
- No, keep it：关闭问题，什么都不变。
订位在 Waiting for the restaurant 或 Confirmed 时可以在网上取消。客人已到、已入座，或订位已完成或记为未到之后，就不再显示 Cancel this booking。
