POS 终端设置 (POS Terminal Settings)：General 标签页
POS 终端设置的 General 标签页。它的编号和名称；账单和收据号码（待付、收据、退款、发票、付款收据和订金），每样用默认或自己的格式；以及 POS 语言和登录画面怎样打开。
POS 终端设置的 General（一般）标签页有三个方框：设置叫什么、用它的 POS 怎样为账单和收据编号，以及在有人登录之前它们的画面用什么语言、登录画面怎样打开。
后台可以切换 EN / 中文 / BM。选 中文 时，菜单、页面标题和常用按钮显示中文；页面里的栏位、按钮和信息仍是英文，所以下面照屏幕写英文，并在括号里附上中文意思。图里画的是选 EN 时的样子。
开始之前
- 您是 Administrator 或 Manager。
- 要改号码的样子，先读号码格式：收据号码是您的税务账目可能依靠的记录。
打开它
- 在菜单的 主数据 (MASTERS) 下，点 门店 (Outlet)，再点 POS 终端设置 (POS Terminal Settings)。
- 在设置那一行点 Edit。窗口打开在 General。

A bill carries its pending number from the moment it is opened — on the bill slip, the kitchen ticket and the floor plan — and is given its receipt number only when it is paid, so a bill discarded or voided before payment leaves no gap in the receipts. Outlets switch to this under Outlets > Receipt numbering; a bill opened the old way keeps the number it was opened with. Refunds always have a series of their own. Each POS's next numbers can be set, with a reason, under Numbers.6

- Code and name（编号和名称）：Code（编号），最多 20 个字符，和 Name（名称），最多 100 个。两个都要填。Default 设置在这里写 Every POS without a setting of its own behaves by the default, so it can be edited but never switched off.（没有自己设置的 POS 都按默认设置运作，所以它可以修改，但永远不能停用。）
- Bill and receipt numbers（账单和收据号码）：每种单据一个系列，每台 POS 各自编号。
- Pending number (a bill not paid yet)（待付号码，还没付款的账单）：账单开着时带的号码。Default pending number (SP-HQ-T01-000123)（默认待付号码），或 Its own format（自己的格式）。
- Receipt number (given when a bill is paid)（收据号码，付款时给）：Default receipt number (HQ-T01-2610-000001)（默认收据号码），或 Its own format。Refund number（退款号码）：Outlet's standard refund numbering (RFHQ2610-000123)（门店标准退款编号，门店所有 POS 共用），或 Its own format。选 Its own format 会打开格式的组成部分。见号码格式。
- 账户系列：Invoice number (a bill on Pay later)（发票号码，挂账的账单）、Payment receipt number (a debt knocked off)（付款收据号码，还款）和 Deposit number（订金号码），各有默认（INV-…、PR-…、DP-…）或自己的格式。餐厅关闭了挂账功能时不显示；它们的格式会保留。
- 号码下面一行：账单一开就有待付号码，付款时才给收据号码，以及门店在哪里改成这种方式：它的 Numbering 子标签页。见门店：Numbering。
- POS language and sign-in（POS 语言和登录）：用这个设置的 POS 用什么语言，以及登录画面怎样打开。
- Default POS language（默认 POS 语言）：English、简体中文 (Chinese) 或 Bahasa Melayu (Malay)。登录画面的语言，以及还没选自己 POS 语言的人用的语言。个人自己的语言（在他的 POS 用户里设定，或用 POS 的语言按钮选）永远优先。Printed bills, receipts and kitchen tickets stay in English.（印出的账单、收据和厨房单仍是英文。）
- Sign-in screen opens with（登录画面打开为）：As the POS chooses（由 POS 决定）、Staff code + password（员工编号 + 密码）或 PIN（见下面）。
- Save（保存）：一次保存设置的所有标签页。
登录画面怎样打开

下面一行：How the sign-in screen of the POS on this setting opens. PIN opens the PIN pad (or the staff code and PIN, where a PIN still needs its code). "Use a PIN instead" or "Use a password instead" still switches for one sign-in. As the POS chooses: the staff code and password, or the PIN pad on an Android phone or tablet held upright, as today. It works offline.（这个设置的 POS 登录画面怎样打开。断网时也有效。）
在 POS 上，改用 PIN 和 改用密码 仍可以为一次登录切换。见登录。
让吧台收银机的登录画面用中文
- 用 Edit 打开吧台收银机的设置。
- 在 Default POS language 选 简体中文 (Chinese)。
- 点 Save。
- 下一次同步时，吧台收银机的登录画面就是中文。登录的人如果选过自己的 POS 语言，会看到自己的语言。
