门店 (Outlets)：Receipt（抬头、页脚、标志）
门店的 Receipt 子标签页。收据抬头（取代公司资料，或印在它们下面）、收据页脚、58 或 80 mm 纸的账单预览，以及用 Upload a picture 上传的门店标志。
Receipt（收据）子标签页放着门店账单顶部和底部要印的文字，以及门店的标志。框的旁边有预览，按两个 POS 应用打印的同一套规则，显示账单的顶部和底部。这家门店的每台 POS 都印一样的。
后台可以切换 EN / 中文 / BM。选 中文 时，菜单、页面标题和常用按钮显示中文；页面里的栏位、按钮和信息仍是英文，所以下面照屏幕写英文，并在括号里附上中文意思。图里画的是选 EN 时的样子。
开始之前
- 您可以修改这家门店。
- 标志：准备一张 JPEG、PNG 或 WebP 格式的标志图，最多 1 MB。白色或透明底的深色标志印得最好：纸只有黑白两色。
打开它
- 在菜单的 主数据 (MASTERS) 下，点 门店 (Outlet)，再点 门店 (Outlets)。
- 在门店那一行点 Edit。
- 点 Receipt 子标签页。

- Receipt header（收据抬头）：账单顶部您自己的文字，最多 1000 个字符。按 Enter 换行：每一行印成一行。空行会被略过。留空的话，账单印 Details 和 Address & contact 里的公司资料。
- replace the company details（取代公司资料）：输入的各行取代名称、地址、电话和注册号码来印。第一行像名称一样印成粗体大字，其余的普通字。新门店的抬头一开始就是这个选项。
- print under them（印在下面）：公司资料照常印，输入的各行印在它们下面。这两个选项只在抬头有文字时才显示。
- Receipt footer（收据页脚）：账单底部的文字，最多 1000 个字符。留空的话，账单印 Thank you。
- Bill preview（账单预览）：按框里现在的内容画出账单的顶部和底部，用的是两个 POS 应用打印的同一套规则。边打字边变，不用先保存。
- 58 mm / 80 mm：预览用的纸宽。80 mm 一行 48 个字符，58 mm 一行 32 个。选您打印机的纸宽。
- 纸张：所有内容都居中印。中间的空位说明订单和总额印在哪里。
- 下面那一行：一行能放几个字符。
- Save（保存）：把抬头、页脚和标志连同门店的其他设置一起保存。
标志的每个部分
当收据和账单的打印格式勾选了 Logo（标志）时，标志就印在最顶部，在门店名称上面。大小由打印格式决定。用同一个格式，每家门店印自己的标志。
Edit HQ — Kopitiam Demo

Printed at the top of the receipt and the bill when their print format has Logo ticked (Setup → Print formats, where its size is set). Every POS at this outlet prints it, offline too once it has it. The paper is black and white: a dark logo on a clear or white ground prints best.1

- 最上面一行：标志什么时候印，什么样的印得最好。POS 拿到标志后，离线也能印。
- 图片：选中的标志，没有就是 No logo.（没有标志。）
- 列表：None（无），然后是餐厅文件里的每张图片，写着文件名、像素大小和文件大小。这些文件和顾客显示屏用的是同一批。
- Upload a picture（上传图片）：从电脑把一张图片加进餐厅文件并选中它。处理中显示 Uploading…。
- Remove（移除）：把这家门店的标志拿掉。图片仍留在餐厅文件里。
- 提醒：选了或拿掉的标志，要按窗口的 Save 才保存。按 Remove 后它会写 Press Save to take the logo off.（按 Save 拿掉标志。）
修改抬头或页脚
- 点进 Receipt header 或 Receipt footer，输入各行。
- 抬头的话，选 replace the company details 或 print under them。
- 用您打印机的纸宽检查 Bill preview。
- 点 Save。这家门店的每台 POS 从下次同步起印新的文字。
要改回印公司资料，把 Receipt header 框清空，再点 Save。
给门店加上标志
- 点 Upload a picture，选标志文件。绿色的 已保存 会说 Added to the restaurant's files. Press Save to use it as this outlet's logo.（已加进餐厅文件。按 Save 用它做这家门店的标志。）也可以从列表选一张已经上传过的图片。
- 点 Save。Every POS at this outlet takes the logo on its next pull.（这家门店的每台 POS 下次拉取时会拿到标志。）
- 确认打印格式会印它：在 通用设置 (General Setup)、打印格式 (Print Formats)，编辑您的 POS 用的收据格式，在它的 Top 标签页勾选 Logo 并选大小。见打印格式：设计收据。
- 在 POS 上印一张测试账单。
