菜单项目 (Items)：Kitchen 标签页
选择哪些厨房站点会收到一个菜品的单子，一个或好几个，或让它跟随它的类别；用 Never print to the kitchen 让菜品不印到厨房打印机。
从 POS 送出一个菜品时，它的单子会送到一个厨房站点：热厨房、饮料吧、甜品柜台。Kitchen（厨房）标签页说明送到哪些站点。
大部分菜品这里不用设定。什么都不勾选，菜品就会送到它的类别指定的地方。只有要送到别处、或要送到不止一个地方的菜品，才需要勾选站点。
后台只有英文，所以下面照屏幕写英文，并在括号里附上中文意思。
开始之前
- 您的后台权限组需要 Items、Edit（编辑）。
- 厨房站点必须先存在：Room、Kitchen Stations（厨房站点）。站点用哪台打印机打印，是在每家分店的 POS 上设定的：硬件、打印机。
打开这个标签页
- 在菜单的 MASTERS 下，点 Menu（菜单），再点 Items。
- 点项目的编号。
- 点 Kitchen 标签页。

Tick every station this dish has to reach; each one gets a ticket of its own, at the same moment — a grilled fish the salad station plates, a takeaway burger the packing bench has to see.5
COLD — Cold kitchen is switched off, so nothing reaches it.6

also goes to BAR — Drinks bar (one order type only). Set up outside this screen, and left alone by it.

- Kitchen（厨房）：项目的第四个标签页。
- 一个厨房站点：它的编号、名称，以及它有什么：打印的站点写 prints on the printer each outlet sets on its POS（印在每家分店在自己 POS 上设定的打印机），厨房显示屏写 kitchen screen only, nothing printed（只有厨房显示屏，不打印）。勾选菜品必须送到的每一个站点。
- 没有勾选的站点：菜品不会送到那里。
- 这些勾选代表什么：一边勾选一边显示。Nothing ticked: this dish goes wherever its category says, which is what most dishes do.（没有勾选：这个菜品送到它的类别指定的地方，大部分菜品都是这样。）、One ticket, at HOT.（一张单，在 HOT。），或像这里一样，同时出两张单。
- 规则：每个勾选的站点都会同时收到自己的一张单。
- 黄色警告：照现在的勾选不会正常运作的地方，例如站点已停用。它不会阻止保存。
- Rules this screen leaves alone（这个画面不改动的规则）：只针对某一家分店或某一种订单类型的站点规则，或已停用的规则。这个标签页会显示它们，但永远不会修改。只在菜品有这类规则时才显示。
- Never print to the kitchen（永不印到厨房）：不管勾选了什么，菜品都不会送到任何站点。适合厨房从来不做的东西：冰箱里的罐装饮料、一瓶水、一项服务费。
如果还没有任何厨房站点，标签页会写 No kitchen stations set up yet. Add them on Masters → Kitchen Stations, and they appear here.（还没设定厨房站点，在 Masters → Kitchen Stations 加上后就会出现在这里。）
把菜品送到另一个站点
- 勾选那个站点，例如 BAR。
- 列表下面那一行会写 One ticket, at BAR.（一张单，在 BAR。）
- 点 Save（保存）。
把菜品送到好几个站点
冷厨房负责装盘的烤鱼、打包台必须看到的外卖套餐：每个站点都勾选。
- 勾选每个必须收到单子的站点，例如 HOT 和 COLD。
- 看列表下面那一行：2 tickets, one at each of HOT, COLD…（2 张单，HOT、COLD 各一张……）
- 点 Save。
让菜品重新跟随它的类别
- 取消勾选所有站点。
- 那一行会写 Nothing ticked: this dish goes wherever its category says, which is what most dishes do.
- 点 Save。
类别的站点是在类别上设定的：Menu、Categories、Default kitchen station（默认厨房站点）。见类别 (Categories)。
让菜品不印到厨房打印机
- 勾选 Never print to the kitchen。
- 会出现一行黄字："Never print to the kitchen" is on, so this item goes to no station at all, whatever is ticked here.（“永不印到厨房”已开启，所以不管这里勾选了什么，这个项目都不会送到任何站点。）
- 点 Save。
在 Items 列表上，这个菜品的 Kitchen 数字会被划掉，提示写着 Never print to the kitchen is on: nothing prints, whatever is ticked（永不印到厨房已开启：不管勾选什么都不会印）。
