优惠券 (Vouchers)：优惠券给什么、何时可用

优惠券条件的每一个框，券码和印刷批次都一样。折扣和上限、减整张账单还是指定菜品、相对于服务费和税什么时候减、最低消费、在哪里用、日期、使用次数，以及不能和什么同时使用。

优惠券的条件说明它给什么、何时可以用。可重复使用的券码和印刷批次用的是同一张表：What it gives（给什么）、When it can be used（何时可用）和 With promotions and discounts（与促销和折扣）。本指南逐一说明每个框，以及 POS 会怎样处理。

后台只有英文，所以下面照屏幕写英文，并在括号里附上中文意思。

开始之前

  • 您要有修改 Vouchers 的权限；印刷批次还要有 Generate printed codes（生成印刷券码）的权限。
  • 用于指定菜品的优惠券，分类和菜品必须已经存在。
  • 印刷券码的条件印在纸上：券码生成之后，它给什么、不能和什么同时使用都不能再改。只有名称、日期、Taken off（减的时机）和开关可以改（用 Edit batch）。

打开表单

  1. 在 MASTERS 下，点 Menu，再点 Vouchers。
  2. 券码：在 Codes 点 + New code，或在某个券码上点 Edit。批次：在 Printed batches 点 + Generate codes。

What it gives 的每个部分

What it gives：指定菜品 8 折，最多 RM 10.00，Drinks 分类减去一道菜，在服务费和税之前减。
  1. Discount（折扣）：数字，再选 amount（金额，新优惠券默认）或 percent（百分比）。必须大于 0；百分比最多 100。
  2. Cap（上限）：百分比时显示：这张优惠券总共最多减多少。不填表示没有上限。金额时不显示（以前存过的上限仍会显示，并写着 A cap is for a percentage. Clear it for an amount.，上限只用于百分比，金额请清空）。
  3. Off what（减什么）：Whole bill（整张账单，账单上每一项）或 Chosen items（指定菜品，只限您选的分类和菜品）。
  4. Takes money off（从这些减）：只在 Chosen items 时出现。在 Categories（分类）下搜索并点选每个分类，它会显示为 all of Drinks。标签的 ✕ 可以拿掉它。
  5. Except these items（排除这些菜品）：要排除的、已选分类里的菜品，红色显示。搜索只列出已选分类里的菜。没有排除时写 None left out: every item in the picked categories.（没有排除：已选分类的每一道菜。）
  6. + Also name single items（另外指定单品）：打开 Also these single items，单独加入一道菜，不管它属于哪个分类（An item named on its own, whatever its category.）。旧的优惠券可能还会显示 Except these categories（排除这些分类；Set on this voucher before. It can be removed here.，以前设置的，可以在这里拿掉）。
  7. Taken off（减的时机）：相对于服务费和税，优惠券什么时候减。见减的时机。
  8. 下面那一行：指定菜品时写 A voucher for chosen items comes off those items’ lines on the bill.（指定菜品的优惠券从那些菜在账单上的行减。）整张账单时写 A voucher for the whole bill comes off the bill. One for chosen items comes off those items’ lines. 而且一定会写：Every POS at the outlet must be 0.2.48 or later for this to apply.（分店的每台 POS 都必须是 0.2.48 或以上，这才会生效。）

整张账单还是指定菜品

  • Whole bill（整张账单）：优惠券从账单减，在任何消费分级之后、经理对整张账单的折扣之前。
  • Chosen items（指定菜品）：优惠券在税之前从那些菜的行上减，像单品折扣一样。税再按这一行剩下的金额计算。
    • 百分比从每个符合的行减；Cap 是所有行加起来的上限，先给最贵的行。
    • 金额先从最贵的符合行减，再到下一行；每一行最多减到 0.00。符合的行放不下的部分就作废：绝不会移到别的菜或整张账单上。

例如：Nasi Lemak Ayam RM 14.90 和 Teh Tarik RM 3.80，用一张 Drinks 减 RM 5.00 的优惠券。Teh Tarik 那一行变成 0.00，剩下的 RM 1.20 作废，账单的税按 RM 14.90 计算。

从 Chosen items 改成 Whole bill，在保存之前会保留已选的项目。按 Save 时，后台会先问："Whole bill" takes the 2 chosen rows (categories and items) off this voucher. It will then take money off every item on the bill. Save?（“整张账单”会把这张优惠券上已选的 2 项拿掉，之后它会从账单上每一项减钱。要保存吗？）

减的时机

Taken off 说明相对于服务费和税，优惠券在哪里减：

Before tax only（只在税之前）全额减券之后的金额
After service charge and tax（服务费和税之后）全额全额；优惠券从客人要付的钱里减

只有当分店的每台 POS 都是 0.2.48 或以上时，Taken off 才会生效。在那之前，优惠券照以前的方式，作为整张账单的一个折扣来减。印刷批次的 Taken off 之后还可以用 Edit batch 修改：它没有印在券上。

何时可用，以及能和什么一起用

When it can be used，以及 With promotions and discounts。
  1. Minimum spend（最低消费）：账单要先达到这个金额，优惠券才会套用。算的是行折扣和单品促销之后的整张账单，即使是指定菜品的优惠券也一样：“消费 RM 30，饮料减 RM 5”。不填表示没有。
  2. Where（在哪里用）：POS & QR（POS 和扫码点餐）、POS only（只限 POS）或 QR menu only（只限扫码点餐，客人用手机点餐的页面）。自助点餐机算是 POS。
  3. Valid from（有效开始）：可以用的第一天。不填表示从现在起。
  4. Valid to（有效截止）：最后一天，包括当天。不填表示没有结束。过了之后，券码的状态是 Expired（已过期）。
  5. Uses 和 At most：只有券码才有（印刷券码一定是一次性）。见优惠券。
  6. Promotions（促销）：账单上有促销时，这张优惠券能不能用。见下文。
  7. Manual discount（手动折扣）：Not with a manual discount（不与手动折扣同时使用）：员工在账单或菜品上输入了折扣时，不使用这张优惠券。

与促销和折扣

Promotions 下的三个选项：

  • Can be used together with a promotion（可以和促销一起用，一般选这个）：两者都从同一张账单减。
  • Not with these promotions（不和这些促销一起用）：在 Search promotions by code or name… 里选，每个显示为红色标签。下面写着：A bill already running one of these promotions will not take this voucher. If the voucher goes on first and the promotion comes after, the POS asks which to use.（已经有这些促销的账单不接受这张优惠券。如果优惠券先用、促销后来，POS 会询问用哪一个。）
  • Cannot be used with a promotion（不能和任何促销一起用）：旁边不能有任何促销。A bill already running a promotion will not take this voucher. If the voucher goes on first and a promotion comes after, the POS asks which to use.

勾选 Not with a manual discount 时：A bill that already has a discount keyed by staff will not take this voucher. If the voucher goes on first and staff key a discount after, the POS asks which to use.（已有员工输入折扣的账单不接受这张优惠券。如果优惠券先用、员工后来输入折扣，POS 会询问用哪一个。）
