忘记密码
用寄到您邮箱的链接设置新的后台密码。申请表单、安全检查、邮件、Set a new password 页面，以及链接不能再用时怎么办。
想不起后台密码时，可以申请一封带链接的邮件。链接会打开一个页面，让您选新的密码。FooodPos 的人和您餐厅里的人，都不需要知道旧密码。
已登录的人改密码，用的也是同一种链接：在您名字下的菜单里点 Send me a link to change my password（发送更改密码的链接给我）。见顶栏和您的账户菜单。
后台只有英文，所以下面照屏幕写英文，并在括号里附上中文意思。
开始之前
- 您能打开登录所用地址的邮箱。
- 链接在 60 分钟内有效，而且只能用一次。请预留几分钟一次做完。
申请链接
- 打开登录页面（fooodpos.com/login），点 Sign in 下面的 Forgot your password?（忘记密码？）。
- 在 Email（电子邮件）输入您登录用的地址。
- 等 Security check（安全检查）完成。通常它会自己打勾。
- 点 Send the link（发送链接）。它会短暂显示 Sending…（正在发送…）。
- 页面变成 Check your email（请查看邮箱）。

- Email（电子邮件）：您登录用的地址。如果看起来像常见的打错，例如 gmial.com，框下会出现一行 Did you mean gmail.com?（您是不是要输入 gmail.com？）。点 Use it（使用）就采用这个建议。请仔细检查：寄到错误地址的链接永远不会到，而页面无法告诉您。
- Security check（安全检查）：Cloudflare 的一个小检查，确认是人而不是程序在申请。通常会自己通过；有时会要求您勾一个框。
- Send the link（发送链接）：送出申请。
- Back to sign in（返回登录）：回到登录页面。
查看邮箱
不论这个地址有没有账号，页面显示的都一样。这是故意的：这个表单不能被用来查出谁是 FooodPos 的客户。
Check your email
If s****i@g****.com signs in to FooodPos, a link to set a new password is on its way. It works for 60 minutes and can be used once.
Nothing has arrived after a few minutes? Look in the spam folder, then ask again.

- Use a different address（使用另一个地址）：清空表单，为另一个地址申请。
邮件由 FooodPos 寄出，标题是 Set a new FooodPos password（设置新的 FooodPos 密码）。邮件里有一个 Set a new password（设置新密码）按钮，下面写出完整链接，并列出您的地址能登录的每个订阅：一个密码通用全部。
设置新密码
- 在邮件里点 Set a new password。页面先显示 Checking your link…（正在检查您的链接…），然后显示 Set a new password。
- 检查标题下写的地址和餐厅，例如 For s****i@g****.com at “Kopitiam Demo”。
- 在 New password（新密码）输入新密码：至少 8 个字符。
- 在 Repeat new password（再输入一次新密码）再输入一次。
- 点 Set the password（设置密码）。它会显示 Setting the password…（正在设置密码…）。
- 页面显示 Your password has been changed（您的密码已更改）。点 Sign in，用新密码登录。

That name was chosen by whoever runs that restaurant, not by FooodPos. If you do not recognise it, somebody has put your address into their restaurant: leave this page and tell us.

3Set the password4Setting it signs this account out of the back office everywhere. A POS that is already paired is not signed out by it.
- 是谁、在哪里：您的地址（部分隐藏），以及新密码能打开的每个订阅的名称。名称加了引号，因为是各餐厅自己输入的。如果有您不认识的名称，就不要继续：有人把您的地址加进了他们的餐厅。
- New password（新密码）：至少 8 个字符，最多 200 个。越长越好。
- Repeat new password（再输入一次新密码）：再输入一次相同的密码，在这里就能发现打错。
- Set the password（设置密码）：保存新密码。链接在这一刻就用掉了。
新密码会改变什么
- 新密码是您的地址能登录的每个订阅共用的密码。旧密码不再有效。
- 您的地址在每个浏览器、每台设备上的后台登录都会结束。用新密码重新登录一次即可。
- 如果您在 POS 上也用员工编号加这个密码登录，那里也要输入新密码。
- 已配对的 POS 照常工作。 POS 是配对给餐厅的，不是配对给您的账号。如果您怀疑有别人进过您的账号，请登录后打开分店，再打开 POS terminals（POS 终端），在不认识的 POS 上按 Re-pair（重新配对）：那台设备会立刻被登出。
- FooodPos 也会寄一封邮件，告诉您密码已更改。如果不是您改的，请马上告诉 FooodPos。
