门店 (Outlets)：Numbering（编号）
门店的 Numbering 子标签页。账单什么时候拿到收据号：At payment 或 At open (the old way)、从哪个营业日开始（From business day）、Save receipt numbering 前的确认问题，以及为什么付款前作废的账单不会留下空号。
每张账单都有编号。Numbering（编号）子标签页决定账单什么时候拿到正式的收据号：
- At payment（付款时）：账单开着的时候，带着一个待付号（SP-…）。只有付款时，才由收款的那台 POS 给它收据号。这样，付款前丢弃或作废的账单，不会在收据号里留下空号。
- At open (the old way)（开单时，旧方式）：账单一打开就用掉收据号。付款前作废的账单会留下空号。
新门店从第一天起就是付款时编号。编号本身的样子（字母、年份、流水号）在 POS 终端设置 (POS Terminal Settings) 设定。见编号格式。
后台可以切换 EN / 中文 / BM。选 中文 时，菜单、页面标题和常用按钮显示中文；页面里的栏位、按钮和信息仍是英文，所以下面照屏幕写英文，并在括号里附上中文意思。图里画的是选 EN 时的样子。
开始之前
- 您可以修改这家门店。
- 选好修改从哪个营业日开始，最好是某个月的第一天，让您的税务记录在干净的一天转换。
打开它
- 在菜单的 主数据 (MASTERS) 下，点 门店 (Outlet)，再点 门店 (Outlets)。
- 在门店那一行点 Edit。
- 点 Numbering 子标签页。

Receipt numbering
Receipt numbers are given when a bill is paid.1
At payment: a bill carries its pending number (SP-…) while it is open and is given its receipt number only when it is paid, by the POS that takes the payment — so a bill discarded or voided before payment leaves no gap in the receipts. At open (the old way): the number is used the moment a bill is opened. A bill opened before the day keeps the number it was opened with.2

- 说明：两种方式，以及在那天之前打开的账单保留打开时的编号。
- At payment（付款时）：账单付款时给收据号。
- At open (the old way)（开单时，旧方式）：账单打开时就用掉编号。
- From business day（从营业日）：付款时编号从哪个营业日开始。只在选了 At payment 时显示。留空表示从第一天就付款时编号。
- Save receipt numbering（保存收据编号）：马上单独保存这个选择。没有改动时是灰色的。
- 提示：留空的意思。
修改账单什么时候编号
- 选 At payment 或 At open (the old way)。
- 选 At payment 的话，在 From business day 选开始的营业日，或留空。
- 点 Save receipt numbering。
- 后台会先问，例如 HQ: give a bill its receipt number when it is paid, from business day 2026-11-01? Every POS at this outlet picks it up on its next sync.（HQ：从营业日 2026-11-01 起，账单付款时才给收据号？这家门店的每台 POS 下次同步时接收。）改回旧方式会问 HQ: go back to numbering a bill when it is opened? A bill voided before it is paid will leave a gap in the receipt numbers again.（HQ：改回在账单打开时编号？付款前作废的账单又会在收据号里留下空号。）点 OK。
