门店 (Outlets)：Kept items（寄存品）
门店的 Kept items 子标签页。Custody days：顾客付了钱的酒可以在这家门店寄存多久，修改它对已寄存的酒有什么影响，以及保存时可能出现的信息。
客人付了一瓶酒没喝完，可以寄存在您这里：这就是寄存品（kept item）。POS 会印一张单，写着保管到哪一天。Kept items 子标签页设定这家门店保管几天。
寄存的酒不计价值：寄存一瓶，您的库存价值和销售成本都不变。
后台可以切换 EN / 中文 / BM。选 中文 时，菜单、页面标题和常用按钮显示中文；页面里的栏位、按钮和信息仍是英文，所以下面照屏幕写英文，并在括号里附上中文意思。图里画的是选 EN 时的样子。
开始之前
- 您可以修改这家门店。
- 寄存和取回都在 POS 上做。见POS 上的寄存品。后台的 寄存 (Custody) 页面显示寄存架。见寄存。
打开它
- 在菜单的 主数据 (MASTERS) 下，点 门店 (Outlet)，再点 门店 (Outlets)。
- 在门店那一行点 Edit。
- 点 Kept items 子标签页。

Kept items
Bottles your customers have paid for and left with you. They are held at no value, so keeping one changes nothing in your stock value or cost of sales.1
Custody days

2How long a customer may leave a bottle here before it is theirs no longer: 90 days from the night it is kept. Bottles already being kept keep the date printed on their slip.3

- 最上面一行：什么是寄存品，和 寄存 (Custody) 页面开头的说明一样。
- Custody days（寄存天数）：顾客的酒可以在这家门店放几天，是 1 到 3650 的整数。每家门店一开始都是 90。
- 下面那一行：边打字边用文字说明天数：从寄存那一晚起算，过了这些天就不再属于顾客。它也说明容易弄错的一点：修改不会影响已经在架上的酒，它们保留单上印的日期。
- Save（保存）：把天数和门店的其他设置一起保存。
修改天数
- 在 Custody days 输入天数。
- 点 Save。已保存 的提示会说 HQ saved. Bottles kept from now on are held for the new number of days; anything already on the custody shelf keeps the date printed on its slip.（HQ 已保存。从现在起寄存的酒按新天数保管；已经在寄存架上的，保留单上印的日期。）
每家门店有自己的天数：在 BR2 寄存的酒，按 BR2 的天数在 BR2 保管。
