POS 终端设置 (POS Terminal Settings)：Printing 标签页
POS 终端设置的 Printing 标签页。账单付款时的 Print receipt（Direct、Preview 或 No print）；收据、自助点餐单、账单和 X、Z 报表的打印格式；以及每次保存并送厨后的总单。还有单据没打印出来时收银员会看到什么。
POS 终端设置的 Printing（打印）标签页决定用它的 POS 打印什么、印出来是什么样子：账单一付款要不要马上印收据、每种单据用哪个打印格式，以及每次 保存并送厨 后要不要为传菜员印一张核对单。
打印格式本身在 打印格式 (Print Formats) 设计。这里只是为这个设置的每种单据选用哪一个。
后台可以切换 EN / 中文 / BM。选 中文 时，菜单、页面标题和常用按钮显示中文；页面里的栏位、按钮和信息仍是英文，所以下面照屏幕写英文，并在括号里附上中文意思。图里画的是选 EN 时的样子。
开始之前
- 您是 Administrator 或 Manager。
- 要选自己的格式，先做好它：主数据 (MASTERS)、通用设置 (General Setup)、打印格式 (Print Formats)。见打印格式：设计收据。
- 每台 POS 自己的打印机（收据打印机和总单打印机）在 POS 上设定：硬件、打印机。
打开它
- 在菜单的 主数据 (MASTERS) 下，点 门店 (Outlet)，再点 POS 终端设置 (POS Terminal Settings)。
- 在设置那一行点 Edit，再点 Printing 标签页。

The X reading format prints each shift's slip (SHIFT CLOSE, SHIFT X READING); the Z reading format prints the day's reading (Z READING, its reprint, the day's X READING). The POS prints both itself, offline too.6
Formats are made under General Setup > Print Formats, with a live preview. A POS prints by the new format from its next pull, offline included. Each kitchen station chooses its own kitchen slip format.

8Each POS prints it on its receipt printer, unless another is chosen on that POS (Hardware > Master slip). QR rounds print one too when the QR profile says so (QR ordering > profile), on the main POS, or a POS a USB kitchen printer is plugged into, whose setting has this on.9

- Print receipt（打印收据）：Direct（直接）：The receipt prints the moment a bill is paid.（账单一付款就印收据。）Preview（预览）：The receipt is shown on the screen first; the cashier prints it from there.（收据先显示在屏幕上，收银员在那里打印。）No print（不打印）：No receipt prints when a bill is paid.（账单付款时不印收据。）新设置一开始是 No print。设置列表的 Print receipt 一栏会显示这个选择。
- Receipt format（收据格式）：已付款账单的收据用的格式。第一个选项是 Restaurant default（餐厅默认）加上默认格式的名称，例如 Restaurant default (Standard)；然后是每个启用中的收据格式，写成 名称 (编号)，餐厅默认的那个标着 · default。选好后被停用的格式仍会列出，标着 · switched off（已停用）。
- Kiosk slip format（自助点餐单格式）：Used only by a kiosk: the slip it prints for an order paid at the counter, and the order number on top of its receipt.（只给自助点餐机用：要到柜台付款的订单单，以及收据最上面的订单号。）Default (the built-in slip)（默认，内置的单），或 Default 加默认格式的名称，然后是您的自助点餐单格式。见打印格式：自助点餐单。
- Bill format（账单格式）：付款前用 Print bill 印的账单。
- X reading format 和 Z reading format（X 报表格式、Z 报表格式）：班次单和当天的报表。
- 格式下面的说明：每种报表格式印哪种单据，以及 POS 从下一次同步起就按新格式打印，断网也一样。厨房单的格式在每个厨房工作站选，不在这里。
- Master slip（总单）：Print a master slip after every Save & Fire（每次保存并送厨后打印总单）：勾选之前是关闭的。One checklist for the runner of the round just fired: every item with its station, the table, the time, the server and the round, and what was deleted. Printed by the POS itself, offline too, once per Save & Fire.（给传菜员一张刚送出那一轮的核对单：每道菜和它的工作站、桌号、时间、服务员和轮次，以及删掉的菜。由 POS 自己打印，断网也行，每次保存并送厨印一张。）
- Master slip format（总单格式）：勾选后才显示。用默认格式，或您自己的总单格式。
- 下面一行：在哪里打印：Each POS prints it on its receipt printer, unless another is chosen on that POS (Hardware > Master slip).（每台 POS 在它的收据打印机上打印，除非在那台 POS 上另外选了打印机。）QR 点餐的轮次在 QR 配置要求时也会印一张。
- Save（保存）：一次保存设置的所有标签页。

给设置用您自己的收据
- 在 打印格式 (Print Formats) 做好收据并保存。
- 用 Edit 打开设置，再点 Printing。
- 在 Receipt format 选它。
- 点 Save。用这个设置的 POS 从下一次同步起就印它。
想让所有设置用同一张收据，就改为在 打印格式 把它设为餐厅默认，并让 Receipt format 保持 Restaurant default。
自助点餐机的单子
自助点餐机在 Apply to 里不能勾选，所以它通常按 Default 设置打印。在 Default 的 Kiosk slip format 选自助点餐单，或在 打印格式 把它设为餐厅默认的自助点餐单。
