打印格式 (Print Formats)：自助点餐单
自助点餐机为要到柜台付款的订单打印的单、PAID 单和 PAYMENT NOT CONFIRMED 单，以及它收据最上面的订单号：三种情况、可以改成您自己文字的纸上用语、标志、自由文字，以及在 POS 终端设置上选用或设为默认。
自助点餐机会印一张单让客人带走。Print Formats（打印格式）的 Kiosk slip 标签页决定它的样子。它包括三种情况，以及点餐机收据最上面的订单号：
- 到柜台付款：客人点好餐，到柜台付款。单上列出菜品、TO PAY（应付）、PLEASE PAY AT THE COUNTER（请到柜台付款）和 This is not a receipt.（这不是收据。）
- 在点餐机上付款：客人用卡或电子钱包付款。点餐机会印账单真正的收据，最上面印 YOUR ORDER NUMBER（您的订单号）；如果 30 秒内没有收到收据，就改印 PAID（已付款）单。
- 付款未确认：点餐机无法确认一笔付款。单上写 PAYMENT NOT CONFIRMED（付款未确认），客人到柜台去。
底部印哪些部分由订单的情况决定，从不是格式决定。已付款的收据本身仍按 Receipt（收据）格式打印。
后台可以切换 EN / 中文 / BM。选 中文 时，菜单、页面标题和常用按钮显示中文；页面里的栏位、按钮和信息仍是英文，所以下面照屏幕写英文，并在括号里附上中文意思。图里画的是选 EN 时的样子。纸上印的字永远是英文，您自己输入的文字照您输入的印。
开始之前
- 只有 Administrator（管理员）或 Manager（经理）能看到 Print Formats。
- 已经设置好自助点餐机：门店 (Outlets)、POS terminals、那台点餐机、它的 Kiosk 标签页。见Kiosk 标签页。
Kiosk slip 标签页
这个标签页的第一行是 Built in（内置）：每台点餐机一直以来印的单。点餐机的终端设置没有选格式、也没有格式设为默认时，就印它。在您没有格式是默认时，它的状态是 Default；Used by 写着 Every kiosk that chose nothing（所有没有选格式的点餐机）。标签页下的说明：The kiosk slip is what a kiosk prints for an order to be paid at the counter, the PAID slip when a payment at the kiosk brought no receipt, and the order number on top of its receipt. Choose it on a POS terminal setting (Printing tab, Kiosk slip format), or make it the default. A kiosk with none prints its built-in slip, as now.（自助点餐单是点餐机为要到柜台付款的订单打印的单、在点餐机付款但没有收到收据时的 PAID 单，以及它收据最上面的订单号。在 POS 终端设置的 Printing 标签页 Kiosk slip format 里选用它，或把它设为默认。没有格式的点餐机照旧印它内置的单。）
设计自助点餐单
- 点 Kiosk slip 标签页。在 Built in 那一行点 Copy：格式一开始就接近内置的单。
- 输入 Code 和 Name，例如 KIOSK2 和 Kiosk slip with logo。
- 在三个标签页 Top（顶部）、The dishes（菜品）和 Bottom（底部）上修改各部分。
- 要改纸上的用语，在那个部分下面的框里输入您的文字，例如 Please pay at the cashier。
- 在样本列表里逐个选每种情况来查看，然后点 Save。

Empty: it prints the words shown greyed. Each line you type is a printed line.
4- Bottom（底部）：单的第三部分，在菜品下面。Top 有门店名称、DINE IN 或 TAKE AWAY、号码上面的用语、订单号和客人名字；The dishes 有每道菜和它下面的几行。
- PLEASE PAY AT THE COUNTER：纸上的用语之一。只在要到柜台付款的单上印。
- PAID（已付款）：只在点餐机上付款、却没有收到收据的订单的单上印，下面有 How it was paid and the amount（付款方式和金额）和 The payment's approval line（付款的批准号那一行）。
- 您自己的文字：这种部分下面的框会用灰字显示它的标准用语。在那里输入您的文字取代它，最多 300 个字符；您输入的每一行就是印出的一行。Empty: it prints the words shown greyed.（空的：印灰字显示的用语。）
- 样本，也就是“显示为”：Pay at the counter（到柜台付款）、Paid at the kiosk (no receipt came)（在点餐机付款，没有收到收据）或 Payment not confirmed（付款未确认）。
- 黄色的字：每种情况印底部的哪些部分。
- Words above the number: YOUR ORDER NUMBER（号码上面的用语）：也是纸上的用语，有给您输入的框。
- The order number（订单号）：Standard 里是 Big 粗体。
- 菜品：2 x Nasi Lemak Ayam，有价格的单上带金额，每道菜下面缩进三格印它的选项和备注。

+ Add a field（新增栏位）提供：Logo（标志）、门店的其他资料（Outlet second name、Address line 1……、Phone (Tel:)、SST no. (SST No:)、Header text）、十个 Free text 块（Your own words: a greeting, opening hours, the Wi-Fi name and password.，您自己的文字：欢迎语、营业时间、Wi-Fi 名称和密码）、更多 Line 和 Blank line，以及 POS（POS K1，在日期时间下面）。
- Logo：门店收据上印的标志，居中，纸宽的一半。它那一行只有一个勾选。The space held for it on the sample is a square's: the picture keeps its own shape.（样张上为它留的位置是正方形的：图片保持自己的形状。）点餐机下载到标志后就会印它。
- 菜品和它们下面的几行一道菜一道菜地放在一起，留在自己的部分里；别的部分可以放在它们之间，上面或下面。
- 连续两条横线只印一条。
取消勾选时的提醒：Without the number the guest cannot tell which order is called.（没有号码，客人分不出叫的是哪一单。）、Without the dishes the slip does not say what was ordered: the counter cannot check it.（没有菜品，单上就没说点了什么：柜台无法核对。）、Without these words the guest may not know the order is still to be paid at the counter.（没有这些字，客人可能不知道订单还要到柜台付款。）和 Without this line a guest may take the slip for a receipt and believe they have paid.（没有这一行，客人可能把这张单当成收据，以为已经付了钱。）
为您的点餐机选用它
- 在菜单的 主数据 (MASTERS) 下，点 门店 (Outlet)，再点 POS 终端设置 (POS Terminal Settings)。
- 在点餐机用的设置上点 编辑 (Edit)，再点 Printing（打印）标签页。
- 在 Kiosk slip format（自助点餐单格式）里选您的格式。Default (the built-in slip)（默认，内置的单），或 Default 加上默认格式的名字，表示这种纸张的默认。
- 点 保存 (Save)。
选项下面写着：Used only by a kiosk: the slip it prints for an order paid at the counter, and the order number on top of its receipt.（只有自助点餐机使用：它为到柜台付款的订单打印的单，以及它收据最上面的订单号。）或在 Print Formats 里按格式那一行的 Make default：每台没有选格式的点餐机都会印它。在 Built in 那一行按 Make default 就改回来：The built-in kiosk slip is the default again.（内置的自助点餐单又成为默认。）
已付款收据上的订单号
客人在点餐机上付款时，点餐机会印账单真正的收据（按 Receipt 格式），最上面是订单号。用了自助点餐单格式时，这一块订单号由格式的三个部分 Words above the number、The order number 和 Dine in or take away 排出来，用它们的字号、用语和顺序，然后空一行。格式三个都不显示时，收据上面就什么都不印。
PAYMENT NOT CONFIRMED 单只有 Android 点餐机会印。Windows 点餐机在无法确认付款时不印单：它在屏幕上请客人到柜台。
还没更新的点餐机，或一个什么都印不出来的格式，会印内置的单。带字体的单会印成图片，和带字体的收据一样。
停用自助点餐单格式
Disable 会先问：Switch KIOSK2 off? Used by 1 terminal setting: their kiosks will print the kiosk slip default, or the built-in slip, until it is switched on again.（停用 KIOSK2？有 1 个终端设置在用：在重新启用之前，它们的点餐机会印自助点餐单的默认格式，或内置的单。）如果它是默认，还会加上 It is the kiosk slip default; kiosks that chose nothing print the built-in slip.（它是自助点餐单的默认；没有选格式的点餐机会印内置的单。）
