打印格式 (Print Formats)：扫码点餐单
POS 和桌子的 QR 码一起打印的单：内置的单、带自由文字、横线和空行的自己的格式、QR 码的 Small / Medium / Large 大小、文字形式的链接，以及在 QR 配置上选用它（Print format for the QR slip）。
收银员为一张桌子按 打印 QR 时，POS 会印出一张带这张桌子 QR 码的单：客人扫码，用手机点餐。每台 POS 都有一张内置的单：桌号、Scan to order（扫码点餐）、QR 码，以及它的有效期。
在 Print Formats（打印格式）的 QR ordering 标签页上，您可以设计自己的单：最上面放门店名称，加上欢迎语、Wi-Fi 密码、营业时间，QR 码可大可小。然后由 QR 配置选用它。
后台可以切换 EN / 中文 / BM。选 中文 时，菜单、页面标题和常用按钮显示中文；页面里的栏位、按钮和信息仍是英文，所以下面照屏幕写英文，并在括号里附上中文意思。图里画的是选 EN 时的样子。纸上印的字永远是英文，您自己输入的文字照您输入的印。
开始之前
- 只有 Administrator（管理员）或 Manager（经理）能看到 Print Formats。
- 已经设置好扫码点餐，门店有一个 QR 配置。见QR 点餐：配置的设置。

The QR ordering slip is the paper a POS prints with a table's QR code (Print QR on a bill at a table). Design one here, with your own words on it, then choose it on a QR profile: General Setup > QR Ordering > a profile > Print format for the QR slip. A profile that chooses none prints the built-in slip, as now.2

Built in is the QR slip every POS has always printed, and what a QR profile prints until it chooses a format. Copy it to start a format of your own, then choose that format on the profile (General Setup > QR Ordering).6
- QR ordering：扫码点餐单的标签页。
- 标签页下的说明：这种纸张是什么，以及在哪里选用。
- Built in（内置）：每台 POS 一直以来印的单。它只有 Copy（复制）。
- Used by（使用者）：内置那一行写 Every QR profile that chose nothing（所有没有选格式的 QR 配置）；您自己的格式写 Used by 1 QR profile（1 个 QR 配置在用）。
- Edit、Copy、Disable：这个标签页没有 Make default。没有选格式的配置会印内置的单，所以设默认会改变所有没有选择的餐厅的纸张。
- 列表下的说明：Built in 是什么。
设计扫码点餐单
- 在 Built in 那一行点 Copy。New QR ordering slip format（新扫码点餐单格式）窗口打开，内容是 Standard：桌号、Scan to order、一个空行、QR 码，以及它的有效期，全部居中。
- 输入 Code 和 Name，例如 QRWIFI 和 Welcome slip。
- 勾选您要放在最上面的门店资料：Outlet name（门店名称）、Address line 1（地址第 1 行）、Phone (Tel:)（电话）……它们已经列出来，但没有勾选。
- 用 + Add a field（新增栏位）加上您的文字：Free text（自由文字）块、Line（横线）、Blank line（空行）。
- 在每个自由文字块那一行下面的框里输入它的文字。
- 选 QR 码的大小：Small（小）、Medium（中）或 Large（大）。
- 在样张上或按住拖动把手，把各部分拖到您要的顺序，然后点 Save。

- Top（顶部）：QR 码上面的一切。门店的资料在这里，Standard 里没有勾选，还有 Table and its code（桌号和编码）、Scan to order 和一个 Blank line。
- QR code：QR 码本身，以及额外的 The link as text（文字形式的链接）。
- Outlet name：这里勾选了，Big 粗体。
- 自由文字块：它的文字写在这一行下面的框里：Type what this block prints. Each line you type is a printed line.（输入这个块要印的文字。您输入的每一行就是印出的一行。）最多 300 个字符。空的块什么都不印，并会说明：Empty: it prints nothing until words are typed.（空的：输入文字之前什么都不印。）
- + Add a field，在每个部分的底部。三个部分加起来提供十个 Free text 块（QR 码上面五个、下面五个）、四条 Line 横线、四个额外的 Blank line、门店的其他资料、Table name（桌子名称）、Area / floor（区域 / 楼层）和 The link as text。数字是这个部分还能加几个。
- 样本：A code for today（当天有效的码）、A code for one visit（一次用餐有效的码）或 A permanent code（永久码），纸宽 58 或 80 mm。
- 黄色的字：样张上的 QR 码只是画出来的，显示它印在哪里、多大。它不能扫。
- QR 码，画在它打印的位置。它那一行用 Small、Medium 或 Large 取代字号和粗体。
- What the code is good for（码的有效期）：按码的种类，Valid for this visit only（只限这次用餐）、Valid until 23:59（有效至 23:59）或 Valid until reprinted（重印前有效）。

QR 码的大小：Medium is the size every POS has always printed. On a narrow roll a Large code is made as large as the paper takes.（Medium 是每台 POS 一直以来印的大小。在窄的卷纸上，Large 的码会做到纸张能容纳的最大。）它没有字体，也从不和别的部分同一行。
这张单上的一切都是独立的：任何部分都可以拖到三个位置中的任何一个，Above the QR code（QR 码上面）、The QR code（QR 码）或 Below the QR code（QR 码下面），顺序随意。取消勾选桌号或 QR 码会显示提醒：Without the table nobody can tell which table this slip is for.（没有桌号，没人知道这张单是哪一桌的。）、Without the QR code the slip has nothing to scan.（没有 QR 码，单上就没有东西可扫。）
在 QR 配置上选用它
- 在菜单的 主数据 (MASTERS) 下，点 通用设置 (General Setup)，再点 QR 点餐 (QR Ordering)。
- 在配置上点 Edit，留在它的 QR ordering 标签页。
- 在 Print format for the QR slip（扫码点餐单的打印格式）里，于 Print format 选您的格式。
- 保存配置。

1Every POS at an outlet using this profile prints the QR slip from this format, from its next pull. A POS that is not updated yet prints the built-in slip.2
- Print format（打印格式）：Built in (as now)（内置，和现在一样），或餐厅的某个扫码点餐单格式，显示名称和编号。选了之后被停用的格式仍会列出，标着 · switched off，并写着 This format is switched off in Print formats: every POS prints the built-in slip until it is switched on again.（这个格式在 Print formats 里已停用：在重新启用之前，每台 POS 都印内置的单。）
- 下面的一行：选 Built in (as now) 时写 Built in: the QR slip every POS has always printed.（内置：每台 POS 一直以来印的 QR 单。）还没做任何格式时写 No QR ordering format yet: make one in Setup > Print formats, on the QR ordering tab.（还没有扫码点餐格式：在 Print formats 的 QR ordering 标签页做一个。）
POS 上
- 这张单在内置单打印的地方打印：按 打印 QR 后、码发出之后。
- 它从 POS 本身选的打印机印出，硬件、QR 码打印到：收据打印机（和现在一样），或它的某台厨房打印机。桌子的 QR 码单从这台打印机打印。标签打印机不能打印它。
- QR 码由打印机自己的 QR 指令印出，和内置的单一样。带字体的单会把各行印成图片；中间的 QR 码仍由打印机自己印。
- 还没更新的 POS 会印内置的单。
停用扫码点餐单格式
Disable 会先问：Switch QRWIFI off? Used by 1 QR profile: every POS there will print the built-in QR slip until it is switched on again.（停用 QRWIFI？有 1 个 QR 配置在用：在重新启用之前，那里的每台 POS 都会印内置的 QR 单。）配置会保留它的选择，所以 Enable 会让它恢复。
