打印格式 (Print Formats)：总单
每次保存并送厨后给传菜员的核对单，一部分一部分地说明：MASTER SLIP、桌号和轮次、每个送出的菜品带一个勾选框和它的工作站编号、Deleted 列表、Items 和 Checked by；它的 Top、Items fired、Deleted 和 Bottom 标签页，以及在哪里开启和打印。
总单是一整轮的核对单：每次 保存并送厨 后，POS 把刚送出的每个菜品都印出来，不管是哪个厨房工作站煮的，每个菜品前面有一个勾选框，还有桌号、时间、服务员和轮次，以及删除了什么。传菜员每送出一道菜就勾一个，最后在底部签名。
在您开启之前它是关闭的，在 POS 终端设置上开启。它的格式在 Print Formats（打印格式）的 Master slip 标签页上做，用的是和收据一样的编辑器。
后台可以切换 EN / 中文 / BM。选 中文 时，菜单、页面标题和常用按钮显示中文；页面里的栏位、按钮和信息仍是英文，所以下面照屏幕写英文，并在括号里附上中文意思。图里画的是选 EN 时的样子。纸上印的字永远是英文。
开始之前
- 只有 Administrator（管理员）或 Manager（经理）能看到 Print Formats。
- 总单按 POS 终端设置开启：见开启总单。
总单的每个部分
- Title: MASTER SLIP（标题：总单），高字粗体。重印时上面印 *** REPRINT ***，迟到的一轮印 LATE。
- Ticket number, time and round（单号、时间和轮次）：#0042 13:10 Round 2。
- TABLE（桌号）：TABLE T6，没有桌子时印用餐方式。
- Pax, order type and server（人数、用餐方式和服务员），在同一行。
- Bill number and POS（账单号和 POS）。
- 送出的菜品：[ ] 2 x Nasi Lemak Ayam，一个给传菜员勾的框，行尾是它的工作站编号。下面是它的第二名称、配料选项（-）、备注（*，粗体）和座位。
- 套餐里的菜：> 1 x Mee Goreng，带它自己的工作站。套餐本身那一行没有工作站：它的菜才有。
- DELETED（已删除）：只在这一轮有删除时才印，每一行的数量写成 -1。
- Item count and Checked by ____（菜品数量和核对人）：几个菜品，以及一条签名线。
编辑器里的总单各部分
总单有四个部分：Top（顶部）、Items fired（送出的菜品）、Deleted（已删除）和 Bottom（底部）。

- Top、Items fired、Deleted、Bottom：总单的四个部分。
- Station codes at the end of an item (show or hide)（菜品行尾的工作站编号，显示或隐藏）：它们印在菜品那一行的尾端，用那一行的字号和粗细，所以只有显示与否有意义。
- + Add a field（新增栏位）：这里是 Item code（菜品编号）。

+ Add a field 提供 Date（日期）、Time the bill was opened（开单时间）、Area / floor（区域 / 楼层）、Customer name（顾客姓名）和 Bill note（账单备注）（Top），以及 Item code（Items fired）。
总单的提醒，在取消勾选时显示：Without the item lines there is nothing for the runner to tick.（没有菜品行，传菜员就没有东西可勾。）、Without this heading deleted items read like items still to serve.（没有这个标题，已删除的菜品看起来像还要上的菜。）、Without the title the slip can be taken for a kitchen slip.（没有标题，这张单可能被当成厨房单。），还有横幅、桌号、套餐里的菜和已删除行的提醒。
样本：A table's second round: a set, a weighed dish, a drink with no station, two deleted（一桌的第二轮：一个套餐、一道称重菜、一杯没有工作站的饮料、两个删除）和 A QR round from the queue, late, with no table（来自队列的 QR 一轮，迟到，没有桌子）。
开启总单
- 在菜单的 主数据 (MASTERS) 下，点 门店 (Outlet)，再点 POS 终端设置 (POS Terminal Settings)。
- 在您的 POS 用的设置上点 编辑 (Edit)，再点 Printing（打印）标签页。
- 在 Master slip（总单）框里，勾选 Print a master slip after every Save & Fire（每次保存并送厨后打印总单）。
- 在 Master slip format（总单格式）里选它的格式，或保持 Restaurant default (Standard)。
- 点 保存 (Save)。

- Master slip format（总单格式）：勾选之后才出现。留空就是总单的默认格式。
- 打印机：每台 POS 都印在它的收据打印机上，除非在 POS 本身的 硬件、总单 里选了别的打印机。QR 配置要求时，QR 的每一轮也会印一张。
在 POS 上，硬件、总单 会写 开：每次保存并送厨后，本机按 Runner checklist 格式打印一张。，或 本机已关闭。请在后台开启：POS Terminal Settings 的 Printing 页。 见QR 码和总单打印机。
做总单格式
- 在 Print Formats 里点 Master slip 标签页，再在 Standard 上点 Copy。
- 输入 Code 和 Name，例如 RUN 和 Runner checklist。
- 修改各部分，然后点 Save。绿色大字 已保存 写着 Choose it on a POS terminal setting (Printing tab, with the master slip on), or make it the default.（在 POS 终端设置的 Printing 标签页、开启总单后选用它，或把它设为默认。）
